Five details that help identify the right replacement part

Give a parts enquiry the best starting point with a few useful instrument details.

Five details that help identify the right replacement part
GRS equipment and accessories.

A component that looks similar is not necessarily the right fit. Help GRS understand your existing setup before discussing a replacement.

1. Instrument name and model

Start with the manufacturer and model. If a serial number is available, include it in your enquiry. These details help distinguish instrument versions and configurations.

2. The component you need

Use the part name or identification number if you have it. If you do not know the name, describe where it sits and what it connects to.

3. Clear photographs

Include a close-up of the part and a wider photograph showing its position on the instrument. For fittings, a view of each connection can help explain the setup.

4. Existing configuration

Mention relevant accessories or modifications. Do not assume that blades, tubing or couplings are universal across instruments.

5. Location and quantity

Tell us your country and how many components you need. GRS can then check compatibility and discuss availability with the necessary context.

For JenoGraph and supported flour and dough testing equipment, start with the parts and accessories pages or send an enquiry directly.
